The Food Adjust
It has been very hard finding familiar foods but I am constantly adjusting and improvising as needed

Did you know that cows are not very efficient animals as far as the amount of food that they stuff these CAFO cows with they only put on 4 # of meat for every thirty four or so pound of food and chickens not your average farm raised chicken just saying every 2 # food yield 1 # meat and most of this feed is being produced by using fossil fuels that are not renewable. Most food products out there right now are packed with corn and its by products. If possible eat local whenever possible and dont just by the product that is already processed go visit the farm.
